TRAX is the post trade, pre settlement, trade matching & regulatory confirmation system for the OTC market. It processes all asset classes and is now available to both liquidity makers and liquidity takers.
In addition to traditional services it offers full repurchase agreement (repo) matching capabilities and is tailored to meet the needs of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). TRAX is an Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM) with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of the United Kingdom, Autorité Des Marchés Financiers (AMF) of France, the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of the Netherlands and the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) in conjunction with Article 25 of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
TRAX has been successfully operating since 1989, has over 200 subscribers and processed over 1.5 million transactions a day.
